Courtyard Flats is modeled from Ivy Gardens.  The award winning Ivy Gardens was designed, built and owned by our MD in Blacksburg, Virginia in the US in 1990.  Our Kenya building will have eight floors and will be even stronger because it will be made of solid concrete.   Instead of the brick facade shown to the left Courtyard Flats will be of solid concrete with a brick or concrete block facing .
